Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Dunamis Energy Applications and Services Ltd. ("Dunamis Energy", "we", "us") collects through this website and by email, why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It is written to meet the requirements of major privacy laws, including the EU and UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA and similar laws worldwide, and we apply the same protections to all visitors wherever they are.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Dunamis Energy Applications and Services Ltd. is the controller (or "business") responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at info@dunamisenergyapps.com for any privacy question or request.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: if you use the contact form, the quote request form or email, we receive your name, email address and message, plus optional details such as phone number, company, location, site type, energy use and equipment needs.
- Technical information: our web host may automatically log your IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and the date and time of access, for security and to operate the site. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
- Information stored on your device: described in our Consent Policy.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health, biometric, or financial account data) and ask you not to send it to us.
3. How we use your information and our legal bases
- To answer your inquiries, prepare quotations and contact you later about your request: your consent (given by ticking the box on the contact form) and, for pre-contract steps, our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To provide, secure and maintain the website: our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable site.
- To remember your language preference: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to or have opted in, and you can opt out at any time. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business (for example hosting and email providers and, as a backup route, FormSubmit, a form-processing service that can deliver form messages to our inbox), professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires. Service providers may only use it on our instructions. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the successor.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months.
5. International transfers
We serve customers around the world, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us for details of the safeguards used.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiry emails are generally kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract, tax or other legal requirement means we must keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a short period. We then delete or anonymize the information.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy (access and portability);
- correct inaccurate information and request deletion;
- restrict or object to our processing, including for direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as your national supervisory authority in the EU/EEA, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or your state attorney general.
To exercise a right, email info@dunamisenergyapps.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within one month (or the shorter period your law requires). You may use an authorized agent where your law allows. We will not charge a fee unless a request is clearly excessive.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party services and links
To display this site, your browser connects directly to Google Fonts (typography) and to Unsplash and Pexels (photographs). Forms send your submission to our own server and, only if that is unavailable, to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). These providers receive your IP address and technical data when you load a page or send a form, and are subject to their own privacy policies. Links to other websites are outside our control.
11. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across websites. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we treat browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
13. Contact
Questions or complaints? Email info@dunamisenergyapps.com. We will try to resolve your concern, and you always keep the right to contact your local authority.
